The Outlook double spacing when using stationary issue

Are you using Outlook stationary but are being driven absolutely mad because no matter what you try, you still get double spacing when typing in the email body. I’ve finally figured out a solution. Navigate to: XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Stationery Vista/Win7: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Stationery Find your stationary file (<stationaryfile>.htm) and then right click on it and choose edit. In the styles section of the ribbon, right click on the “normal” style and choose modify. Click on the reduce line spacing button, highlighted: The select the new documents based on this template radio button and once you click OK and save, this should fix your problem!

Outlook Favourite Folders disappearing

If your Outlook favourite folders have disappeared and you can’t get them back again, there are three ways you can fix it: 1.You can create a new mail profile. This resets everything you’ve customized unfortunately, so it is, in my opinion, a last resort. 2. You can close outlook and then go to Start > Run > OUTLOOK.EXE /resetnavpane 3.You can navigate to the folder that Outlook stores settings in. In Windows XP it defaults to: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and in Vista and Win 7 it is found at: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook In this folder you will find a file called Outlook.xml. Printing blank pages on a Deskjet 5550 from a 2003 Terminal Server

One of my users has been having a problem with their local Deskjet 5550 whilst using terminal services on a 2003 server. They can print fine locally but when printing from the terminal server they are just getting blank pages. Here’s how I fixed it. Log off from the terminal server. Go into your printers and faxes window, and right click on the Deskjet 5550 and choose properties. Go the the advanced tab and click “new driver”.
